Battle of the Cafés

In today's episode of magtitipid na talaga ako pero naka dalawang takas cocol with hubby this weekend, it's Baliwag Grocer Cafe vs Sirius Espresso.

Sirius wins, just because ako 'to, industrial aesthetic over shabby chic any given day. Masarap naman both pero super quick takas lang pareho coz need to uwi agad sa playful bb.

Head Shoulders Knees and Toes

Wala ako maisip na title. Wala rin naman ako maisip na ipost, but I still feel somehow, this is my safe space, kaya dito na lang ako hahanash.  

Gusto ko nang tumakas!  

I feel so trapped, kasi maganda yung ano, pero yung ano sobrang ano. Hay :(  

Magkukwento na lang ako tungkol kay bb.  

Nag sayaw ng Head, Shoulder, knees and toes, pero yung arms nya hangang kilikili lang lol. Ang cute nya, para syang naka stance as if nanggagaya ng manok/chicken wings.  

Tapos sa part na "eyes  and ears, and mouth, and nose"  parang buong mukha tinuro nya haha sayang di ko na videohan. Pero okay lang pala, live ko na witness and not holding my phone at the time.  

Pero kagabi mabaliw baliw na naman ako, kasi not feeling well sya, and di makahanap pwesto. I was angry, not at him but with the situation. 

Like, puyatan na naman??  

Haay sana di na lang sila nagkakasakit.

And sana mas nurturing and comforting ako as a mother. Iinis ako sa sarili ko, and puro guilt kasi nga di ko sya ma comfort. Nauna pa nga yata ako naka tulog! Fail.  

Hirap ng parenthood! Thanks sa parents ko, umabot pa ng 4 lol.  

Hay. I miss you mommy. Napapanaginipan ko pa rin kayo ni Lola palagi (sorry lolo, pero naalala ko nung death anniv mo, kahit matagal na)

dnga milestones

Dami naming laughtrip because today, Nikolai started "fake smiling".

I don't know where he learned it from, but my best guess is from his Dad. Lol.  

He also started signing "all done" whenever he hears me say it, but I don't think he understands exactly what it means. I'm surprised he learned that before "water", "mama", "dada", and "more" because we sign them to him more frequently. But I guess it was easier for him to sign "all done".  

We've also been practice walking with him, but palagi aided. He's still tad bit nervous.  

But definitely the habulan will come sooner than later.

It's 2023

And my first post is December 2022 dump, and a little bit about my preps for Nikolai's Baptism.

1.  All things Canva

Nag enjoy ako masyado sa free trial ko ng Canva so I created some layouts which I used for his baptism and birthday

2. All of our cocol and takas dates  and that one meriendate with baby

We had cocol at Mini Blanc the day after his birthday.

Ang dami kong kuha na video clips pang IG reels kasi lakas maka Gen Z ng café na yun. But our cocol was cut short coz not feeling well si alidogz. Yung na-sense ko na balisa sya while nagkkwento ako with enthusiasm. Nainis talaga ko. Binura ko lahat ng pictures and video na kuha ko.

For some reason nawala nga talaga lahat, sa Trash and even sa Google Photos. So deleted talaga yung date namin na yun, except sa kuha sa phone nya.

Re Mini Blanc 

So pretty ng café and ang sarap nung coffee ko! I had the Irish Cream Latte. Iccrave ko yun for sure.

Pero OMG ang tapang. Kayang kaya kang ipaglaban! Di ako naka sleep til 2am!

Masarap din yung pasta and fries na inorder namin. Nakakabusog yung fries platter. Carbs on carbs ang peg!
