It's difficult to look in the past.
It's worrisome to look to the future; the nostalgia, the uncertainty.

and now, a daunting crisis.

I hear my husband's calming voice just outside our bedroom. I'm thankful they also have the opportunity to work from home, not everyone does.

I guess it's okay to admit, the pandemic is causing psychological distress in me. I wanted to check on everyone, especially my friends who work in the medical field. I worry for them, but the last thing I want to do is to add to the panic they may already have.

I wish I can hug all my loved ones and tell them it's all going to be alright, ... right?

Trying times for humanity. Things have escalated rather quickly from the first few days we've heard of confirmed case in the country, to present, where rate of death is far higher than the ones who have recovered.

I pray for healing for all who were stricken by the virus.
for our frontline healthworkers, safety and perseverance
for our government leaders, may they have sound decision
for workers who tend to our basic needs and those who keep business running, endurance
for each and everyone of us, safety and most of all hope...

Stay safe and please enjoy this beautiful photo of sunrise from Dumaguete!

Project CKGA Ep 6: These Cute Mugs

Look at these cute mugs we gave our squad as token.

I just bought the wider mouth ones for my bridesmaids at Landmark and had my friend personalize each of them. For the guys, I got them from Reiko as package ~ mug + personalized vinyl sticker of their names.
We then paired them with a pack of ground coffee hoping they already own a coffeemaker or coffee pressCute and affordable tokens for bridesmaids and groomsmen.
