Al Gamja Jorim and other unclear instruction

Al Gamja Jorim, or Korean Braised Potatoes has become one of my favorite Korean side dishes dahil madali gawin. You know me, cooking is not exactly one of my expertise.

What you'll need:

Baby Potatoes (cut in half yung mga malalaki)

A cup of water

About 2-3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp honey, pwede rin pancake syrup kapag wala pa sweldo

Sesame seeds

Pakuluan mo lang sa water and soy sauce Yung potatoes. Then add honey.

If it's malambot na, tikman mo coz baka you need lagyan soy sauce or more honey, depende sa taste preference mo.

Pag oks na, remove from fire, add sesame seeds.

Ang dali diba?!  Huhulaan mo lang kung luto na nga ba.

Eto kinakatakot ko sa pag work from home, pag nag fluctuate power, baka kung ano mangyari sa PC. Di ko to afford!

Na-appreciate ko na bumili mga magulang namin ng computer kahit di naman kami mayaman. For me, isa to sa sign na they value education. Katulad din nung pagbili nila ng Encyclopedia at iba pang educational books that I enjoyed reading when I was younger. 

Today, ang dali na mag research dahil sa Internet. I think people take it for granted. 

I do too. Ilang oras nasasayang kakanuod ko ng mga video ng pusa, panda, and iba pang cute na animals, home makeover at interior design videos, etc. 

Oh well. I don't even know where I'm getting at.

Why is jumpshot still a thing? In a matter of split-second I'm back on the ground. My mother's birthday is coming up and single question crushed my heart. "Kelan kayo makakapunta?"
Crestfallen and devastated because we cannot celebrate her birthday together this year.
I'm kind of tired missing them. I'm exhausted with having to worry for them.

Lockdown Meal Plan at iba pang Kwentong Ulam

Nung binalita na magto-total lockdown sa barangay namin, medyo nag panic ako kasi nga mahirap na mamili ng pagkain, higit pang hihirap. "Higit" lol ~ nagagamit mo pa ba tong word na to? I did recently. Nag part time volunteer ako and our task was to translate a Covid-19 survey from English to Tagalog. 
Segue agad. Going back. Lockdown - so inspired by wais na momshie Mrs Jenna V, gumawa rin ako meal plan namin for the week because bawal lumabas during the lockdown period. Ideally ~ as to why some of my kapitbahays are palabaslabas pa rin, I will never know.

Mostly nasunod naman yung meal plan namin. Minsan lang dami natitira kaya umaabot pa ng mga 2 more meals na same ulam namin. Tiis muna. Eto ah feeling ko lang maarte si boss sa pag ulit ng ulam. Pero 'di nya yon aaminin. 

Ang sarap nung buttered shrimp! Naalala ko na naman. Medyo spicy pa sya. Si Boss kasi nagluluto taga kain lang ako and taga hugas ng plato. 
Nagluto ako minsan, ayun dami natira kasi 'di masarap hahahuhu. Pati yung mga pusa, 'di pinatos eh. 

Ang konti ng gulay sa meal plan namin. I love gulay pa man din. Pero si boss di shado mahilig. Kasama yun sa mga pinamalengke, pero ang dami mag go bad, kaya minsan iniiwasan ko na rin i-stock.

Inextend pa nila yung lockdown, pero parang 'di naman nafflatten ang curve. And meron lang kaming 1 day to replenish our stock. Mabuti na lang kapitbahay ko lang si k'P huhu. Iba ang convenience na naidulot nito samin. So nakikisabay lang ako pag nag ggrocery sya. Sa likod ako umuupo, y'know, physical distancing. 

May ganon pa kami nalalaman pero kinakain rin namin mga bigay nilang food dahil madalas sobra luto/order ni Joyce - pasta, donuts, pizza, etc. 

Mukhang matagal tagal pa 'to 'no? Miss ko na nga umuwi sa kila Mommy and Bulacan e. Sana 'd ko ma jinx, pero I'm grateful sa quarantine peace streak namin mag-asawa. Haha! Hindi pa kami nagkaka major buwisitan simula nung quarantine.
But still, I hope magkaron na ng vaccine. I hope mas maging responsible na lahat nang tao kapag lumalabas and nakiki interact sa iba.

I guess Hyaluronic Acid is not for me. Na-scared na ko gumamit ng ibang products containing this ingredient.
Hindi ko pa rin sure ang skin type ko though. I have this perpetual kintab but when blotting oil film, di naman super oily. So I'm thinking I have combination, dehydrated skin.

Madali lang mag register, you can use any bill from the past 6 months to sign up. Upon logging in, makikita mo agad yung due balance. You can also use credit card to pay for it.

Cons:
Ang mahal ng convenience fee!
